FOUNDING PARTNER

Nicole Henriquez, Esq. is a top rated Attorney in NYC and Long Island who specializes in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. She has been a top-rated Attorney in this field for the past 20 years. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s office. She served as a Prosecutor for three years under The Honorable Charles Hines.

HER JOURNEY

As the child of immigrants from Panama, who came to the U.S., became citizens, created their own business and succeeded in providing their family with an education and the opportunity to fulfill their dreams, she understands the struggles and needs of a working family.

After graduating from Hofstra University School of Law, Nicole was a defense attorney for a Workers’ Compensation defense firm on behalf of the insurance carriers. This was followed by 15-year career at one of New York’s top Wall Street Law Firms. Her defense attorney background has been a tremendous impact on her career – empowering her with the tricks of the trade and an innate ability to incorporate them in her zealous pursuit as an advocate for the injured workers.

A PERSONAL UNDERSTANDING

Nicole Henriquez is a native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, New York. At the age of 8, she moved with her family to Queens and continues to reside in Queens with her husband and three children. Nicole is committed to her Queens community. She volunteered as an Assistant Coach to a St. Mel’s CYO 8th grade boys’ basketball team. Nicole’s parents emigrated to the U.S. from Panama in the 1950’s, became U.S. citizens and were able to create a successful company, where she began to work at the age of 14. As a child of immigrants, she understands the struggles and needs of many working families to provide a better a life for their families in a dignified way. Nicole also considers her clients’ concerns both physically and financially. She believes that knowledge is power and gives her clients all options when making decisions about their cases. Nicole understands that many workers are underrepresented and how devastating an unexpected injury or accident could be for a striving family.
