Marjorie Richemard, ESQ. is a Partner with over 27 years of legal experience and more than 25 years dedicated to Workers’ Compensation law. She became a Partner at Bronnberg & Henriquez, PC in May 2025. As Settlement Partner, Marjorie negotiates the resolution of Workers’ Compensation claims on behalf of her clients. Her responsibilities include drafting settlement agreements, advising claimants throughout the resolution process, conducting depositions of medical professionals, attending hearings, and preparing legal submissions including summations, appeals, and rebuttals. She is known for her strategic negotiations, attention to detail, and clear, effective client communication.
